Return Policy

Every item sold by Time2roll Inc. is customer satisfaction guaranteed. Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase due to manufacturer defect or an customer dissatisfaction. Shipping expenses will not be refunded.

If for any reason you should find our products unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days*. Product must be shipped by customer for inspection of product, before any refund can be generated. Before returning any product, please call customer service at 1-888-342-8884 for a return authorization (RA) number. No product will be accepted without a RA number. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges. There will be an administration fee of $12 for all returns.

Our friendly, helpful team will always do their best to make your experience with Time2roll Inc. a pleasant one. Warranty is for manufacturer/product defect only! Does not apply to normal use, heat, moisture, abuse, dirt, sweat and tearing. Treat your Travel Roller with care! Travel Roller used best on a carpeted floor or on top of a yoga mat to cushion/protect the person from slipping and getting injured on a wet or hardwood floor. Please roll responsibly.

What if I want to make a return, but have lost my return authorization number?
If you have misplaced your return instructions and required RA number, please call 1-888-342-8884 weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm (PST) to talk with a Travel Roller representative.
