Travel Roller® has been designed as tool to aid in Myofascial Release Therapy. Myofascial Release is a form of soft tissue treatment intended to support pain relief and increased range of motion. The therapy relaxes contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles.

  2. For extra tight areas, use longer time periods of gentle pressure on the Travel Roller® using small, precise movements ‘back and forth’ that grip the skin.
  3. Be comprehensive and creative, discover the techniques that benefits you most. progress from simple to complex rolling exercises.
  4. Use the Travel Roller® before and after workouts. after long travel for 5 mins before bed.
  5. Focus on deep breathing. positive healing intention and drink plenty of fluids.
