I recently attended a Running Workshop where the Travel Roller was demonstrated. Since bringing it home, my wife has been using it 2-3x/day and it has done wonders for her flexibility and back issues. Today she is thinking about cancelling her chiro treatment cause she is feeling so much better with the use of the roller. The results have been positive and immediate. As a runner and triathlete, I have started to use the Travel Roller although I must admit it has been hard to get it away from my wife. Bottom line is that I need to order two more for my family so we can “ROLL TOGETHER”.

Love it! It’s so compact and convenient. Very useful to have the acupressure balls stored inside. I really like having three different grades of hardness too. I got it to help ease the links out during marathon training. I had a huge white foam roller but I never used it because it was annoying to have to lug it around.

I even find myself using it more often than my longer foam roller for most things, the smaller size makes it easier to target some muscles without getting hung up in the extra roller length. Packs well if a bit heavy in weight. I sit and use the roller balls under my feet while working at the computer. Video gives good tutorial on uses.
