For: Women, All skill levels welcome. Your exercises will be tailored to your level. (co-ed classes available upon request)
Format: Each class will begin with Dynamic warm up and Mobility work (Foam Rolling Intro), Core/Glute and Activation. Followed by Functional Low-Medium Intensity Full Body weight exercises/circuit and workout to get your heart pumping and muscles stronger. Super-setted with a Cardio component, Ab/core blaster and then cooldown to leave you feeling energized and activated.
BONUS: There will be an Educational Module Presented. This will be your homework for the week. Modules will be life long learning tools to reach your goals, a healthy and more energy to live your best life! You will recieve a weekly guide on topics that includes: Lifestyle Changes/Nutrition tips for Weightloss, Training Smarter not harder, Fascia (Foam Rolling) Relaxing our Stressed Body, Creating Function and Health in the Body, Mental/Emotional Well being etc.
Equipment: Yoga Mat, No weights needed – Bringing your own 3-5 or 8-10bs weights and or bungees recommended. Bring your own Foam Roller if you have or you can pre-purchase a Travel Roller at a discounted rate. Covid Safety in effect.
Covid Safety protocols in Effect: Max 10 people only. (Outdoors only)- Spacing at least 6ft apart, no sharing equipment (Bring your own). Each participant will be Covid screened for safety.
